Sent a parcel back to Germany today, wasn’t too sure how to fill out the customs label and thought the staff would help. Asked for a label wallet, didn’t have any, asked for 50mm clear tape, didn’t have any. Got absolutely no help with the customs label, the lady serving was blunt and rude, wouldn’t answer any questions I had regarding the label. She was short and rude to me until she simply gave me a receipt and said “as far as I’m concerned that’s the end of it.” Absolutely terrible service, probably going to lose the £75 the parcel cost me too.
