Service at this post office is atrocious, the woman I was served by today “Loretta” was beyond rude. I always use the click and drop service as I send a lot of parcels, I measured my parcel as per the measurements on the website and it said my parcel would fit a “large letter” label, so that’s what I paid for and used. When dropping off at this post office Loretta took one look at my parcel and went “that ain’t gonna fit a large letter” and I replied politely saying “oh well I measured it and the measurements on the website said it would, that’s why I chose that option”, she very rudely just replied “nah not in a million years” and violently started thrusting it through the parcel sizing slate, getting it stuck multiple times and taking no regard for the fact i had clearly placed “fragile” labels on my parcel as it was a delicate item I was sending, and she just thrust it back at me, unwilling to help at all. So when I then had to ask how I was meant to get my parcel sent she did not want to help whatsoever and meerly told me I had to cancel the label online and she couldn’t help me other than be more than happy to take more money off me for another label. Absolutely disgusted at the service she provided, inattentive, rude, and uninterested in anything other than doing everything but her job and belittling customers and taking more money. Vile. Will be going to ANY other post office but this one. Should be ashamed

Used this post office today. Found the service to be first class, the
lady behind the counter was polite and friendly, managed to do exactly
what I had to do, without any problems.
