I had a very disappointing experience at the post office due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the male staff member with a beard. His attitude was unhelpful and unfriendly, which made the overall service experience unpleasant and discouraging. Such unprofessional conduct is unacceptable in a customer service environment and badly affects the reputation of the service provider. I hope the management takes necessary steps to improve staff behavior and ensure better customer service in the future.

My experience with Maver Way Post Office has been extremely disappointing due to the rudeness and unhelpfulness of the staff, especially the bearded gentleman who consistently starts sentences with "we don't," making the customer service very frustrating. The poor communication skills and frequent refusal to serve customers during busy times reflect a lack of professionalism and standards that the authorities should address.
As for the Cost Cutter grocery shop, the hygiene levels are unacceptable, with incidents of expired bread on two separate occasions and poorly preserved frozen items, indicating a lack of proper storage. They also tend to sell co-op items at beat to double the normal price, taking advantage of the limited nearby stores, and sometimes scan items twice, which is dishonest. Many products lack price tags, tricky, making it difficult to shop confidently. The local community deserves a better, more reliable grocery store with higher standards.

This is quite a useful sub-post office for paying bills and sending parcels. The Post Office is manned by the Costcutter convenience shop staff who cannot man the Post Office when it is closed. It is important to note the Post Office closes for lunch 1.30 to 2.30, so it is no use going there then. It is quicker to use this Post Office than the man Post Office in Queen's Road or the sub-Post Office in Ore Village. There is a car park to the rear of the Costcutter shop, but you can usually manage to park in Malvern Way without difficulty.
