First time at this post office to returna parcel, shocking client attention and owner's behaviour. No greetings, never spoke to me or acknowledged that was listening to me but acted like a robot when it came to scanning the QR code, passed me the return label for me to stick it on the parcel and despite of asking him where I should leave the parcel he just ignored me so I left the parcel in top of the scales.
Hope that the parcel gets sorted.

As I suspected, I am not the only one, and after seeing the bad reviews, I want to speak up as well.
One morning, I went to collect my parcel from this shop. When I arrived and showed the collection code to the owner, he immediately asked me, “So what is the deal?”
I asked him what he meant by that. He then made an angry face and started speaking to me in an intimidating tone, repeating, “Yes, what is the deal? Are you going to do some shopping or what?”
I honestly didn’t understand what he wanted from me. I replied that my girlfriend was doing the shopping, not me. What is the problem if his shop is a parcel collection and drop-off point?
I have never crossed that door again since then. Terrible owner — I have never felt treated this way before. Somebody should investigate this place, as he is very abusive.

The owner lady very rude to me. I have paid £10 for a tracked envelope to arrive in 4 working days as I have been told by the Scottish lady. Today after have been passed more than 10 working days my envelope with documents inside, still haven't arrived at destination. I went back for the second time to ask what happened and the Scottish lady was not there. But the owner lady told me very rude manner that her employee is very good and is my fault that I don't have the tracking number. Explaining to her that I haven't be given a tracking number, otherwise I would be tracking the envelope myself. Very rude, in other words called me a liar. Will definitely never step in the shop again. Is the closest one to my home but I prefer to walk longer before going into that shop again. They charge me £10 and now I don't even know if my envelope got lost or where is. RUDE RUDE RUDE PEOPLE

First time using this post office today and it will most definitely be my last. The woman serving me who I presume to be the owner became upset that I was requesting a cash withdrawal as the cash point a little further along outside sainsbury's is broken. She stated that I'm obviously not going to spend my money in her shop and she should have just refused me. She informed me that although it's a post office it has nothing to do with the post office so they can run it how they want. People like her are giving the post office a bad name. Definitely avoid.

The guy who runs that business is fed up of doing that job or does not know about attitudes. l am going to report that guy to Post Office headquarter, Premier and Amazon counter service for his terrible management of a business.when l asked him to process my amazon return today, he said that the device was not working without doing any checks.I asked him when the device could work, he randomly answered next weekend in a rude way.lt is clear he makes up lies to avoid a job he doesn't want. These people do not suit a reputable institution like the Post Office. This business should be given to people who do their job properly.
