Bad experience. I came here to get IDPs before travelling using the Pay Point. Firstly it’s handwritten and your picture is cut out and stuck with a Pritt stick with the quality of a 6 year old in yr2 art class. So fast forward to Japan..so excited to go on a road trip. We have all the stops booked in the middle of nature. Only to get there and find out…the HANDWRITTEN arts and class documents of an IDP had the wrong date written on it. The date written on it was 10 MONTHS BEFORE I had even stepped foot in that beautiful post office. These things cost stress, panic and cost money - and I shouldn’t be held accountable for it. Don’t go here just don’t.

My favourite Post Office. I visit on a daily basis, posting out for the last several years. The staff are knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Thank you for all your hard work!

Shocking been closed for at least a week, have a parcel with medicine that I can’t pick up - and sign on the door says technical difficulties but the shop is open (it’s not) for a service many people rely on not good enough.
