He was clearly having a bad day or just is overall unfriendly and should clearly not be working around the general public if he can’t treat anyone with basic respect. He was rude, patronising and belittled me when i was unsure on some things to do when shipping off my parcel, and in need of some advice/help, a vital part of his job role surely? He has really discouraged me into visiting this shop and i think it reflects really negatively towards the company as a whole by having such a negative horrible man at the face of it
