Very much dissapointed with the service I received today. 3 people in a line and the man answers the phone and doesn't continue until after the phone call is over. Speaking to other customers across the room while trying to sort parcels and train a new member of staff which I hope she doesn't pick up on the rudeness of her trainer. When it finally came to my parcel I was asked " what do you want me to do with it? " to which my reply was "send it? " with a smile trying to break the awkward feeling of being greeted in such a horrible manner. Maybe... How can I help you today is a better way to great customers? Yet again he proceeded to be rude and belittle me in the shop. The constant rude service you provided to your customers today was unexceptable. I should have just picked up my parcel and went elsewhere. I won't be returning to use the post office service in this shop.
