- NTNatalie TJul 6, 20242.0I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the delivery of my recent purchase. The sofa was scheduled to be delivered on 17 July, but it was unexpectedly delivered on 27 June. This occurred despite my prior notice informing your team that this date would not be possible. The premature delivery has caused significant inconvenience. As I had made it clear, I was not available to receive the sofa on 27 June, resulting in additional complications and stress.
