After investigating the complaints department agreed she rude and offensive and rightly so. If I could give zero stars I would. What really annoyed me was that they completely ignored me when I pointed out that the clock right behind them was nearly 5 minutes ahead (as you can see from the image), My IPhone showing 17:32 as per photo and theirs 17:36hrs must be wrong 😑
