- SBStephen BellerbyJul 18, 20261.0The Internet stated this Post Office was open until 1730hrs. After a lengthy walk I arrived to be told it shut at 1300hrs. Shambolic service. Would have rated it zero stars if I could!
- MFMichelle FieldMay 20, 20261.0Visted the post office on 20th may. I was returning a parcel. The Lady who served me needs a lesson in manners. Very arrogant Rude staring at me when I said thank you .not once did she use please thank or hello. Then to Stare at me in a very strange unfriendly manner. Simply rude.
- PLP LSApr 15, 20241.0Advertised opening times incorrect. Closed at 3:30. Unhelpful staff. No idea how this is still open. Dragging a very dire WHSmith down even further. Go to Cornwall street - much better service
- KKKaroliaApr 2, 20241.0They shut the office at 3:30pm. Without any reason. Although not aware about it. Maybe better to close forever.
- PNPaul NicholsonJun 3, 20231.0Went to renew a driving licence, got told it wasn't possible due to WiFi problems. Trip to Peterlee or Billingham to get one done. Inconvenient, what would it cost for a WiFi booster ??
