Post Office in Go Local is a JOKE ! You are told that they can't do this, they can'y do that, you should go to another branch ... We need a proper, competent Post Office, like it used to be !

Shockingly incompetent staff. I mean utterly abysmal. I thought they might get better over time having just taken over the village Post Office but the service just gets worse. Go anywhere else but here.

stood in the queue for 10 minutes before eventually being asked to come back at a later time as the person who dealt with the Post Office was busy. Had a large parcel and had finished work early to drop it off. This would not have happened at the old Post Office. Seemed totally disorganised and uninterested.
