On the two previous occasions I was served by presumably the same blond short haired woman as previous reviewers have referred to as unpleasantly rude because both times I found her to be exactly that. Today I was served by a different woman, this time dark haired. She must have been to the same School of Bad Customer Service, because she was equally rude and unpleasant. Some people really shouldn't be in customer-facing roles. Anyway, that's it, that's three times and it's been exactly the same. I won't ever give this place my business again. I'd rather take a day off work and wait for a parcel to be collected than drop it off here.
