She threatened to call the police on me and called me “babes” trying to intimidate and belittle me. The whole thing was recorded and we were nothing but lovely to her. Her attitude stinks & customer service skills are extremely poor. Will be going to leadgate from now on as they’re lovely over there

As I was leaving the post office she laughed at me to a customer which I thought was unprofessional and she said "the nerve of some people" NEVER going back again.
