I took an EVRI return parcel to post office to return to Amazon and the lady on the counter was very unhelpful and basically her face said it all as she clearly did not want to take the parcel. I can only thing it was because it was a fairly large parcel however, it was not to big to handle. The excuse was she could not scan the return label so I said I had the return code on my phone and she said if I can’t scan it EVRI won’t be able to scan it. I left and went to the post office at Cockton Hill and the lady there used my phone to scan the return code, with a smile, and dealt with my request and provided an excellent customer care service. Clearly the member of staff at West Auckland post office needs training in customer care as customers like me are not going to go back to use their services.☹️
