I had a disppointing moment yesterday when I was informed my package couldn't be posted due to systems being off, however after a poor day overall, I could have definitely handled this with more grace. Today, the Store Manager, Pauline, welcomed a conversation to explain the situation, and also for us to both share our sides. This was a wonderful encounter and I couldn't speak higher of Pauline's professionalism, friendliness, and promptness to chat with me. She was ever so kind, appreciative and honest. It's one of the first Post Office's I've visited, and felt quite welcomed by the team! I left feeling happy that we spoke, pleased my parcel went on its merry way, and wanted to leave a postivie review. I also hope that other customers can appreciate the hard work these ladies/gents are doing. I have definitely used this as a moment of learning - not to judge and review, before giving the opportunity to chat.
