It's a post office with long queues

I've had difficulty using this post office for a while. The latest problem is that whenever I go in, during opening hours, they are 'back in ten minutes'. Maybe I'm just unlucky. I'm only ever passing through and can't ask my young family to loiter indefinitely, so end up having to make dedicated trips. Inconvenient and annoying. The hours should be reduced to ones they can maintain. At other times of day there are 20 minute plus queues.

For someone who cannot stand for long due to back problems, At busy times they need more staff on. This is nothing against the staff themselves, but the length of the cues sometimes.

Extremely poor service at the Helensburgh branch. I’ve been waiting in a queue for over 15 minutes and both counters are currently closed/unstaffed. This happens way too often. It’s unacceptable to have customers lined up with no staff in sight during business hours. Avoid if you’re in a hurry
