  Opening hours on Google local listing says closes at 7PM. I made a special trip to go post office, closes at 5.30pm. It’s a simple thing to change, just do it for gods sake.

  Purchased a phone through online retailer, selected click and drop option, the opening hours showed from 8-8 for Kingswinford post office. Double checked online and via the post office the opening hours are 8-8. Popped in to collect parcel to find the post office closes at 17:30 although the sign on the coop door shows the opening hours of 8-8 for the post office. Approached coop staff who advised that the opening hours are deceiving and that if I want my parcel after 17.30 you have to have called into the post office to arrange a collection after this time, they also said everyone complains about the same thing and there isn't nothing the coop can do as it's a directive from the post office. What an absolute joke, waste of time and money. Will not use post office again, very misleading.
