Didnt decide to put a label to my parcel, paid £20 to get it posted. Ended up being returned to my own address. Returned back to post office and was told it wasnt his fault, so i was lost on £20 and a parcel that wasnt sent.
Got angry when asked for refund then started to cuss me. Didnt want to help and told me to get lost.
I spend alot more than usual for sending 5-10 packages a week for business uses. But when they got my parcel wrong and almost lost my £600 package. I was told “nothing i did wrong” and “ you can stand there all day, im not going to help you”.
Even brought a receipt and he even stated he didnt put the label on. But still didnt want to put the label i paid for or give the money that i paid.
For someone that attended that post office alot for buisness. This is definitely a place i would not trust with my parcel.
If them taking £20 of my money was the price to keep my parcel safe then so be it. But thats not how a post office works. Went to another post office 5 minutes away. Was given better price and fully comp. Never come to this place if your trying to send something valuable.
