Came Saturday morning to check if digital check and send for a child passport renewal could be done in branch with photos taken as well at same time. Was told yes and to come back with passports for child as well as both parents. Said I would come back later and they said no problem. Came back an hour later and was told had to do it online and to show qr code of payment made in order to do digital check and send. When I showed them digital check and send post office service details on phone, he then said that they can't take child photos in branch. This branch needs need investigating as time wasting, rude and untrustworthy.
