- ANA NJan 19, 20261.0RUDE STAFF, Late opening. Kids in the back when holiday starts, but important documents to be posted should not be bring kids to work when school is off. If your rude, talk back rude aswell, treat others how you want to be treated. Would give zero stars.
- KSK SDec 26, 20251.0This Post Office advertises incorrect opening hours online. I made a wasted journey based on the stated times, only to find it closed when it was supposed to be open. Even during the holiday period, it’s the owner’s responsibility to update opening hours accurately. Customers shouldn’t be expected to guess whether a business will be open or closed. Very poor organisation and no consideration for customers’ time.

*A cheque deposit envelope for your bank (these are available from your own bank or the majority are stocked in Post Office branches)

Simply hand over your sealed cheque deposit envelope to the Post Office who will provide you with a receipt for your cheque deposit envelope.
Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
