The older lady that served me continued to talk to another customer whilst serving me. After I did my deposit I asked to collect my partners parcel. This lady decided to clean her window whilst ignoring me, then said it wasn't there even though I had proof it had been delivered. My partner finally got his parcel after 3 attempts. Definitely won't be back.
