Have to agree with those mentioning the male member of staff. How on earth was he employed? he's so patronising and dismissive. When I was was being pushed from pillar to post from the banking hub to the post office and complained he just started saying 'bye' 'bye'...

I was in the post office on Friday 7th November. Staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The older lady that served me continued to talk to another customer whilst serving me. After I did my deposit I asked to collect my partners parcel. This lady decided to clean her window whilst ignoring me, then said it wasn't there even though I had proof it had been delivered. My partner finally got his parcel after 3 attempts. Definitely won't be back.
