- BSBob snatchSep 28, 20261.0Usually have good service, the lady who works here is always lovely. however, today i was charged £30 for an V62 application when the DVLA fee is £25. I was handed what i believed was a receipt, but when i checked the paper after i had left it actually stated that there had been an error printing the receipt. So i have no proper receipt showing what i was actually charged for. This was my first time seeing the gentleman who served me today, I’m really disappointed and would love for him to explain to me what he charged me extra for.
