- DDDalia DAug 4, 20251.0I am a regular customer in Carryduff post office . I use the services nearly everyday posting the business letter and parcels as well as my personal. Today i went in to get a ÂŁ20 note split into two ÂŁ10. I stood in queue and waited my turn. I was served by a member off staff (middle aged man in his 50ies with a bald head and English accent). He refused to assist me saying that the post office doesn't do change. He replied ' we don't have contract for it' when i tried to explain that i have gotten change here before and that i don't need much. He purely refused and didn't even suggest any alternatives. I am very frustrated with conduct of customer service at this post office, because despite me being a regular/daily customer he didn't even try to help me. How about the curtesy for a regular, daily customers...I am surely never going to use this post office again, and will move my daily business elsewhere. The attitude of this particular member of staff is shocking.
