Every week now they shut the post office early yet times state 9-6 its not on especialy on run up to christmas not eberyone can get to post office before 5pm due to working commitments. And when they are open they refuse to take parcels bigger than a plate size for example. Staff are friendly but come on if your providing a service allow customers to use it.

Very bad service today. I went to pay some bagged change in to my Lloyds account here today only to be told that you are now limited to depositing just 3 bags! When I asked when this new rule was implemented I was rudely told that I had been told last time I used the Post Office. This was a lie. When I was asked to place the individual bags on the scales, I was told that I had an incorrect amount in one of the bags. I explained that the last time I was asked to place a bag of change on the scales I was accused again of putting the incorrect amount in a bag. This is obviously a problem with their scales and I firmly believe that they should be getting them calibrated by the "weights and measures" department as they are inaccurate. This makes me wonder if they are overcharging all of their customers who get their parcels and letters weighed. I used to be a Sub Postmaster of a very large ex crown office and from what I saw today they need to pull their socks up!
