Older lady working in the post office this morning was terribly unhelpful and rude to me while trying to send a parcel, even muttering under her breath about what an inconvenience it was for her first thing on a Monday morning to deal with. Took my parcel and went to Joys down the road where they were glad to help. I've been in here a few times and the post office is always under staffed with a massive queue. Avoid if at all possible.

I popped over to Littlemoor post office today to send off my 2 grandaughters Christmas boxes to America.for some reason the main office there was closed and a post office person was behind the general store counter with a long queue which I joined. When my turn arrived I said I had two parcels for America, I was told what two? That will take a long time as there are new rules and I have to write every thing up separately .They won’t go until tomorrow anyway. I said that’s fine as I need them to go as soon as possible as they are for my grandaughters. She then shouted out to the queue behind me saying my parcels were going to take along time at least half an hour, there was lots to do on them so perhaps they wanted to go somewhere else etc . I was very embarrassed and during the course of serving me did it twice more . I was very red faced . How rude !
