Took an important parcel to be delivered to jersey, it ended up in Pitlochry, Scotland!! It had important items in there that are now nowhere to be found, all because the young man who put in the details, got it all totally wrong! I paid extra for it to be delivered in 2 days! I was given a folded piece of paper, if I'd been asked to check the address the fault would have been found but this system is new to me and I did not know! Medication that was very important has ended up in Scotland! More care has to be taken! Please check !
