Disgusting female "manager " Didn't know her job specification and because she was either stupid or deliberately obstructive choose to leave a vulnerable adult without heating, cooking and washing facilities. Simply because she decided to not do her actual job rather than admit her own ignorance or stupidly. How can someone standing at an actual post office counter say, " you need to go to a post office" to get credit on an electric key. The stupidly was out standing. Fortunately there are other post offices, with actual humans prepared to do what they are paid to do.

Two women on the counter 12/3/24 around 13:35. Very rude staff. They have never had any concept of customer service, are often very rude and don't bother to engage with customers unless they know them.
