- MWMartin WhiteNov 8, 20244.0Paid to have parcel returned. 2 days later it arrived at my address instead of West bromwich.they now want me to pay again to resend it which I will not do on principle .(who would travel from west bromwich to mere to post a parcel an extra 3 miles). Their mistake with labelling( done behind counter out of sight) osequently I am out of pocket by over 100 pounds

In the shop though the assistants , apart from one or two, could make the effort to smile and be friendly. Never fails to amaze me that if a customer is spending money or not people don't think it is normal to make a effort.
