They are cowards and bullies, who take pleasure in picking on defenceless victims to mouth off about, and making life as unpleasant as possible for others. I've been using Victoria Road PO since it opened, and have never found anything to moan about. They are conscientious well meaning staff, trying and succeeding, to do a helpful job, in not the easiest of environments or circumstances. Take no notice and keep going girls - you'll do for me!
- CBChris BondDec 24, 20241.0Rude staff, I asked for assistance yet they just shove me off as if it's not their problem, just to send me to the distribution centre when it's SHUT. Not to mention they con you out any chance they get, overcharged me for an international parcel, asked for cheapest international delivery, checked online and prices did not match up, quite frankly are rude to anyone but by the look of it mainly younger people. Oh and they act so childish, yes I'm aware post office and royal mail are different companies, but when I say "I understand it's not you directly I just want to understand why something could be lost" I don't want you to go and act like I'm accusing you, and then I don't need you going and saying "would you like to make a complaint?" In the most sarcastic and rude way. If you want kind and polite workers and a pleasurable experience I highly recommend West Moors post office.
