Then to be interrupted several times whilst trying to ask when the counter opens next is just poor customer service. Not everyone is going to kick off at your staff but you can expect some confusion when you're opening hours on Royal Mail state your open to 830 everyday. Being polite to customers shouldn't be an afterthought. Do better.
