Went in to use Post Office at 4pm on Sunday (hours stating it open until 8.30pm) and told it is shut. As with other reviews you cannot rely on it being open when it is supposed to be đ

They are great at their job, but there is usually a queue. One of the few places to get cash, now that most of the town centre atms have gone. Good place to get parcels delivered.

Cashiers always on so defensive here, come in to send something off on a Sunday to be apruptly told "Counter shuts at 130!", okay great. Then to be interrupted several times whilst trying to ask when the counter opens next is just poor customer service. Not everyone is going to kick off at your staff but you can expect some confusion when you're opening hours on Royal Mail state your open to 830 everyday. Being polite to customers shouldn't be an afterthought. Do better.
