- SFStan FosterMay 9, 20261.0Absolutely appalling service at Puddletown Post Office. I went to collect a £200 Amazon order and before I’d even shown the collection code, I was immediately told “it won’t work.” After pushing them to actually check, surprise surprise — it worked perfectly fine. My mum also had a Vinted parcel that had arrived the previous day. She was told there was “no parcel” under her name, only for the staff to later admit it was there all along. They then made her queue all over again just so the rude woman could scan it. The whole experience took nearly an hour because of unhelpful, dismissive and rude staff. Customers shouldn’t have to argue just to get parcels that are already sitting behind the counter.

Her colleague who had to call her twice to the post office was clearly frustrated with her. She was very rude during the few minutes she served me with multiple sarcastic comments like “you’re cutting it fine”. Won’t be coming here again!
