But you sometimes get taken to the front shop by their staff, I was directed there the other day, the person behind the counter then served the shop customers, he said local customers come first, really??? Then don’t offer a post office service there, diabolical service, the staff are only interested in serving customers who want vapes and cigarettes

Such a shame this is my local post office as it has the most terrible customer service I have ever witnessed. The shop itself is run by the loveliest couple. The people that run the post office is really letting the store itself down.
