A man in the office/backroom opened the security door to shout and tell me off for taking proof of postage. I was very respectful and said thank you after handing off my parcel, politely. I asked the post office worker if I was required to do anything other than having them scan the QR code from Amazon. Very disrespectful, unnecessary, and honestly appalling. Will not return to this store. Specifically, the Indian Security/manager in the backroom.

- BBBils BabychenDec 5, 20251.0This is by far the worst experience that I’ve ever had in a post office I wanted to return an item which ordered from eBay and the staff which was a guy wasn’t helpful at all and made me wait in the long queue again just because I didn’t tape the package properly as he said all it ever took to tape it again was just 5 seconds and for that 5 seconds he didn’t had to made me wait again and waste my time. Then he wanted me to put the package in the parcel storage, if I had to do all this then why the hell is he even there??
