You are an evri drop off location and yet Everytime I drop off a parcel which won't scan you refuse it. A different member of staff taps the barcode number by hand and accepts the parcel!!! Zero manners too...
- AGAndrew GillardSep 30, 20231.0The opening times listed for this post office are incorrect. We were just turned away, having carried a heavy package there by foot. The staff member showed no empathy, indicated that the opening times had been incorrectly listed for more than a year (spoken almost as if that was our fault, or that we should have known better), and dismissed our suggestion that they be updated. Clearly couldn't care less. To be fair, we should have known better - it seems to be a rare occasion that the post office at this Co-op is open, regardless of the time of day. Apparently, the correct times are 08:30-17:00 Mon-Fri and 09:00-12:00 Sat, but note previous comment.
