Staff playing around with parcels More concerned with them than the customers they've got in their shop. It's supposed to be the main post office and I haven't even got any Euros bloody joke in there

Great customer service. The weather was terrible and I was having a particularly bad day. The last thing I wanted to do was go to the post office to send back a parcel I had received and was not correct. After being blown into the shop by the wind and looking like I'd been dragged through a bush backwards my first point of contact was Dora. She was bright and bubbly with a wonderful giggle. I left feeling much better. However the weather had not improved.
