- DSDawn SaundersJun 4, 20251.0If I could give a zero rating I would. I needed to return an Amazon delivery (Wareham Post Office was offered as a return location on their website). After a long wait in the queue the young woman on the counter told me she couldn't accept the items since there were 2 parcels covered by 1 return label. Fast forward to the next day, armed with 2 separate return labels, the same young woman again refused to accept them, stating that they were too big. When I told her she hadn't mentioned that the day before, she became loud and aggressive (she made me feel very uncomfortable in front of a queue of other customers). I therefore took my parcels to the small Post Office counter in Carey and they dealt with them quickly and efficiently with no drama. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. The woman in the Wareham Post Office either did not know how to deal with my return or did not want to. I suspect the latter.
