- PDpaul daviesFeb 15, 20255.0Open until 10pm so great for posting last minute parcels.
- AGAnnie GoftonJul 10, 20241.0Disgusting female "manager " Didn't know her job specification and because she was either stupid or deliberately obstructive choose to leave a vulnerable adult without heating, cooking and washing facilities. Simply because she decided to not do her actual job rather than admit her own ignorance or stupidly. How can someone standing at an actual post office counter say, " you need to go to a post office" to get credit on an electric key. The stupidly was out standing. Fortunately there are other post offices, with actual humans prepared to do what they are paid to do.
- ASApril SkinnerMar 12, 20241.0Appalling customer service. Stood in front of 2 women staff members at post office desk who never acknowledged or spoke to me at all, whilst messing with money at till and chatting. After a good 5 minutes or more patiently waiting [in an empty shop by the way], I then asked when they would be ready to serve me as I'd been standing here awhile with them completely ignoring me, only to be told that I was being rude! I said they were the rude ones and that I wouldn 't be back, they said "good"! I still had the parcel I came in with. I didn't want to give any stars but couldn 't post without giving one!
- JSJohn SkinnerMar 12, 20241.0Two women on the counter 12/3/24 around 13:35. Very rude staff. They have never had any concept of customer service, are often very rude and don't bother to engage with customers unless they know them.
