- LMLucy MMay 22, 20201.0Awful customer service. The females working there have zero customer skills! They are extremely rude.I have complained to the company before but it seems that if they were told they haven't learned. If a customer dares question anything they get their backs up. Then when the customer leaves, they express themselves by rolling their eyes, tutting and talking about them between themselves so that the other customers can hear. No way to treat people using their service. No wonder they always seem to be advertising for new workers, as no-one wants to work with the likes of those females!! You both need to get jobs where you don't come into contact with the public!!
- THterry hawkinsMar 10, 20201.0Very poor service, staff need to learn how to do correct job when it comes to parcels, including being able to help and be considerate to customers. i would avoid at all costs if it wasn't my closest branch. the blonde manager (as mentioned in other reviews!) needs to learn how to work in a public place and has ZERO customer skills.

How do I deposit a cheque at Post Office?
To deposit a cheque, you’ll need to bring the following to your nearest branch:
*The cheque
*A completed deposit slip from your bank, if applicable. Please contact your bank to request paying-in slips as these are not held in Post Office branches
*A cheque deposit envelope for your bank (these are available from your own bank or the majority are stocked in Post Office branches)
Please do not enclose cash. Full instructions can be found on the cheque deposit envelope.
Simply hand over your sealed cheque deposit envelope to the Post Office who will provide you with a receipt for your cheque deposit envelope.
Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
