Very disappointed with my Too Good To Go experience at this Co-op.
I paid for a collection slot and arrived within the official collection time, only to be told there was basically nothing left because “most of it had already gone.” I drove there specifically for the collection, so it was a complete waste of my time and petrol.
The whole point of Too Good To Go is that orders should be prepared and reserved for customers who already paid. There should have been an individual bag set aside for each person who booked a slot, not a situation where customers arrive and are told there is nothing available.
The staff were polite and apologetic, but the system was clearly badly managed. Very disappointing experience.

Went without the advertised opening hours and the rude woman working there said it was closed as she was counting. She may be there a while given the level of intelligence in operation
