- KKKellyApr 7, 20261.0Rude woman in the post office bit of the shop. Saying she knows her job when didn’t have a clue about Amazon returns. Made me feel like I was stupid, and being a disabled person I felt really discriminated against as she made me unpack items from packaging I used. My left hand is very weak with nerve damage so found it difficult to unpack quick enough for her. Would not listen to me, when said I don’t need to unpack them to return items. She just gave a stinking attitude. Rolling eyes, pulling faces with her colleague who was smiling with her as if in agreement I’m really stupid. At least wait til I go to pull faces. Got confirmation from Amazon AND post office that SHE is in the wrong. So you do NOT know your job clearly. Post office even compensated me for her awful customer service skills and how I was made to feel being a disabled person. Never ever had a problem in many many years of using this post office. Horrible Horrible lady.
