As I needed to return equipment to TalkTalk, Linda was incredibly helpful in resolving an issue for me. TalkTalk had failed to provide sufficient prepaid labels to cover both items, but Linda quickly sorted everything out, making the process much easier for me. Thanks to her assistance, I was able to go back, pack one of the items, and prepare it for return. Later, when I returned to the Post Office, Kate helped process the return and issued me a proof of postage. Her efficiency and professionalism made the experience seamless. I would also like to take this opportunity to extend my appreciation to all the amazing staff at Adastral Square Post Office. I always receive excellent service from them — they are consistently friendly, helpful, and dedicated. In my experience, they provide the best service compared to other local Post Offices. Stood there for 10 minutes whilst he finished checking a lottery ticket for another customer, another customer walked in and he started serving them immediately without even looking at us. Life is too short to use shops like this. Pop down to Asda instead. Stay away
