One lady scans whilst the other stores them safely in the back office. I have been to several post offices, and the Ferndown branch is my preferred go to. Please bear in mind that these ladies are only human, and like any other person have good days and bad. Also appreciate you never know what’s going on in their lives, but still appreciate they still have to remain polite and professional whilst dealing with members of the public that think they have a given right to be rude and condescending. Please be kind!!
- CBChris BondDec 24, 20241.0Rude staff, I asked for assistance yet they just shove me off as if it's not their problem, just to send me to the distribution centre when it's SHUT. Not to mention they con you out any chance they get, overcharged me for an international parcel, asked for cheapest international delivery, checked online and prices did not match up, quite frankly are rude to anyone but by the look of it mainly younger people. Oh and they act so childish, yes I'm aware post office and royal mail are different companies, but when I say "I understand it's not you directly I just want to understand why something could be lost" I don't want you to go and act like I'm accusing you, and then I don't need you going and saying "would you like to make a complaint?" In the most sarcastic and rude way. If you want kind and polite workers and a pleasurable experience I highly recommend West Moors post office.
