Very bad service .Was there on Saturday at 12.00 midday .They close at 1.30 pm .it wasn't busy after I queued it was a qood time and had plenty of time to do the passport renewal but they refused to do it as the excuse was the posman was comming at 12.30 pm ? But the passport takes only 5 minutes to do !? They rejected reclined and told me to go all the way to Lansdowne when we are in a petrol crisis .A waste of time driving queuing parking petrol preparing they told me to come at 10 am next week like no one goes to work!!! and I told them it's an emergency as we booked a Holiday next month but post office didn't care .I Did not see any signs for rules of when to get passport done ? as all I saw was a huge sign say pay for good before going to post office counter and aload of business adverts .probably quicker to get passport online not at post office .

I wish dealing with these guys was more personable, I literally dread going in there, same every single time some irritating or chippy comment. A real wind up I am sorry to say. Last time I was dealing with my father's passing and it was absolutely the last thing I needed. I hope it will get better.
