I’ve ordered some parcels to deliver at this post office as a drop off point. When I went to collect them they said I have to pay 3£/ parcel because I am using them as a drop off point, but I paid alrady for the postage. I refused to pay so the woman said my parcels will go back to the retailer. Few hours later I recieved an email I collected my parcels. But I haven’t!
No items, no money back because they seem like I’ve collected everything. The retailer said all my parcel entered like I picked them up.
Do not use this post office the woman is arrogant she said that is her business she can do whatever she wants
I lost over 100£

If I could give it -5 I would!. Absolutely disgraceful!
The so called “new owner” is arrogant, rude and wrong. I live next door and can’t get parcels delivered to my door, for the first time, whatever I was ordering gave me the choice to get it delivered there, and Royal Mail delivered my parcel that morning to that post office and sent an email saying “please bring your ID with you and show this email”. When I went to collect my parcel there was a women about her late 40s maybe early 50s with an unpleasant facial expression, who told me multiple times that they don’t get money through this, honestly, do you think your customers care about your income and how much money you can get out of us? I couldn’t care less after your bad manners and bad communication, when she first told me if I wanted my parcels delivered there I would need to pay I said okey that’s fine, but then she kept going on and on and pissed me off and I said I am not going to get any parcels delivered there anymore, she first said £2 per parcel and then changed her mind to £100 per parcel! Not even a parking fee of a month is £100!! Disgusting way of working. When I asked for the policy where it says £100 she said “I AM THE OWNER I DONT HAVE TO SHOW YOU ANY PROOF, I TELL YOU ITS A £100 THEN ITS A £100”. This is absolutely ridiculous. In case she forgot this are the rules: “ A Post Office owner (postmaster) is strictly banned from making up random, private fees or refusing to provide official receipts.” The fact that she refused to show me proof of this £100 a month policy and decided to make a random private few and happy to actually take the money worries me! Feels like a scam ! You are not professional enough to neither work or own a POST OFFICE, you don’t have the manners to communicate in an effective way with your customers either.

This place should be reported to the officials it’s an absolute scam, tried to charge me an extra 3 pounds for “packaging” when I’ve already packaged it myself? Also in the return policy you already pay for the return online when I said I already paid online and I don’t get why I need to pay extra for packaging she said next time you can pay me and grinned an obvious scam because next time I returned something I wasn’t charged or asking for the supposed 3 pound for packaging
