Was very helpful when collecting a DPD parcel, as I had not had to collect from a Post Office before, the guy fixed the problem with my phone screen mode so we could scan the QR code, I didn't know why it was wrong, & I got my parcel! Perfect!

I have used this post office a few times in the past and always terrible service but today was the worst ever. I guess the man is the owner of the shop? He is behind the post office counter. Today, I wanted to send an International Tracked item and he told me to fill in the form so I asked for a pen then he told me to go around the counter all the way to the end of the shop. I went there then while filling in the form, I left my gloves at the post office counter where I was standing at a minute ago, thinking just a pair of gloves wouldn't get in the way of anybody but he started making so much fuss about the situation. He told me to go back and get them because they are nuisance to everybody else. It doesn't make any sense. Other customers can just push my gloves aside to do their transactions. So, I asked him to wait a little because filling the form wouldn't take more than a minute or so, then, he told his assistant to throw my gloves to the ground. I said "Please, be more reasonable." then his response was "Don't start the war with me!" No slight sense of customer service or such here at all.
