Explained this to unhelpful staff member who said she couldn’t do that because she said I had to give her the package at the same time. I explained again but she still refused to print me a postage label. Tried a different approach so I bought the postage on line and asked her to print my postage using the Royal Mail QR on my phone. Again she refused, saying I had to hand over the package at the same time. Massively unhelpful. You shouldn’t be behind the counter. I had to go to a print shop to get it printed. Utterly useless staff member.

- HBHelen BellJun 20, 20261.0Charged me £73.13 for a £65 postal order and said it had to be cash whilst I went to tap my bank card and also did not provide the post office stamp on the back of postal order on 20/06/2026 plus I have learning difficulties adhd autism and dyspraxia also physical health and c-ptsd and I asked her specifically for a receipt and she provided the receipt for the cash withdrawal instead as she said you can only pay cash does she need to stamp it I enquired about also said no it doesn't meed one feel my race and discrimination is in order here
