- LPLucy PeckSep 11, 20261.0Never felt less welcome by a member of staff. Had no intention of helping me when I clearly made a genuine mistake not realising I needed a QR code generated. Was more interested in his magazine he had in front of him than trying to explain to me what I needed to get before he could help. I honestly thought I was going to burst into tears. He said he could get it with the information I had but it would be a lot more difficult and just proceeded to make no eye contact and go through his magazine. Just moved into the area and will be avoiding using this post office. Nothing like the friendly staff at my old village. Unfortunately I need the parcel so will try and return when he’s not working and once I’ve figured out myself the details I need.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
