  Absolutely no people skills whatsoever, I’ve never been in such a miserable post office. It eludes me how these people get jobs associated with the post office when they’re so snappy and unhelpful.

  I wish I could give it 0 stars, this is the post office within the newsagents. Lack basic basic customer service skills, grumpy and rude man and old lady at the counter. I’ve never felt so unwelcomed had me feeling like it was me until I got home and checked the reviews. I’m not sure how they are still running. I will also be going directly to post office uk help and support as they are meant to be representing them.

  Every time I use this post office it is a very unpleasant experience so will no longer use. Either ignored whilst waiting or addressed rudely (….scales…….points…….humpf huff…). It’s a town centre post office which closes at 4 and so many office staff and workers can’t post or pick up on finishing work. One lady is quite pleasant but she is it’s only saving grace, I am just tired of trying to support a local business and getting treated and spoken to as they are doing me the favour by taking my mail…….even worse when witnessing it happen to some else especially as recently to an elderly lady …..humiliating and a shocking service level. Although not Royal Mail employees it is no wonder people use other carriers. Oh and one other thing…….heard them say ‘we don’t pay out on tickets or cards’………….I don’t buy either but always thought that’s would a ‘lottery kiosk’ did to a certain value…..that was another pleasant ‘whilst waiting’ eavesdrop! Pull your socks up and smile please, we are trying to support you!!
