My husband and his colleague attended this store earlier today; they often use this store but had not seen the gentleman serving before. They both waited over 30minutes to be served as the gentleman was "catching up" with a large order. He had no customer service skills and was abrupt and rude, even telling my husband to leave the store when he made a joke that he could drive the parcel to its destination quicker. A returning customer even commented on the wait and the rudeness from said gent.
