The only star is for Caroline, she is so lovely, such a star. This Post Office is mainly failing due to ruins of the other lady, she is disrespectful and extremly rude ignoring requests and repeating "I don't care!!" and not even replying to simple replies such as "Good morning/afternoon". She will lead to the failure of this what used to be such a good post office. She also takes too many smoke breaks, which means customers like me have to wait for her to finish her "quick session" of 10 minutes. I am not tolerating this and I am not using this anymore due to the rudeness, its like going to a third world country.
Do not go there. You will be treated rudly.
